WB-AUCTIONS is a full-service real-estate and business liquidation marketing firm. We have several different methods at our disposal to properly fit your needs. These methods include: Traditional Real-Estate Market Sales and On-Line Auctions both of which participate with licensed real-estate agents (MLS). In addition to these methods Traditional Live Auction may also be utilized.

When selling real-estate we thoroughly examine each property to determine which method will maximize the value of your asset. Along with the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), we do a target marketing analysis to effectively promote your property to be sold.

We will assist you in determining what needs to be done to your property to ensure the greatest return possible. For example zoning conditions, home and commercial building appearance and site preparation are all given careful consideration. You also benefit from our acquired expertise in troubleshooting which we have gained from our experience with thousands of past transactions.

In respect to manufacturing, business and personal property we take the same care that we do with real-estate to ensure the greatest return possible. We can assist or do complete auction setup which includes: cleaning, cataloging, photographing, marketing, trucking and all check-out procedures. Essentially we will do everything in our power to ensure a successful transaction.
